Scrimshaws also offers home owners and real estate agents professional Staging to generate more interest in a property that is or will be offered for sale. Staged properties normally sell more quickly and at a higher price.
A professional Interior Designer since 1973, Linda Shaw-Gramera is a professional member of the Interior Design Society. Her designs have been featured in "DCD Home", "North American Bed & Breakfast Directory", "Durango Magazine" and "Builder and Architect". Some of her commercial projects include: Farquahrts Restaurant, Tamarron Resort, Wits End Resort (pictured), the Silver Stream Resort, The General Palmer Hotel, Durango Mtn. Resort, Crow Canyon Archaeological Center, Ft. Lewis College, and a great number of residential homes, town homes and condos. We have international clientele!
